Pete is a Senior Operating Partner specialising in Commercial Excellence transformation programmes within H.I.G Capital’s European Private Equity and Infrastructure funds. He collaborates with and advises portfolio companies on strategy, product, pricing, and sales focused value creation initiatives to deliver margin enhancement and multiple expansion. He joined in 2024 and is based in the London office.

 Pete has 27 years’ experience across private equity, consulting, and industry; 16 of those at Simon-Kucher where he was an equity Partner. Prior to that, he worked for digital marketing & technology consultancies. He started his career in sales within a global key account team at BT. He holds a PhD in Physics from The University of Cambridge and a 1st Class Honours degree in Physics from The University of Nottingham.
