Laure Valance joined Ardian in 2016 as Head of Global Tax where she set up the tax team to oversee the tax structuring of Ardian’s investment vehicles for the various asset classes as well as Ardian’s global tax affairs. Previously, Laure was an attorney at Latham & Watkins in Paris and a member of the tax department for 7 years where she focused on domestic and cross-border transactional tax law, notably in private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Laure holds a master’s in business law from University Paris II Pantheon-Assas and a master’s in political sciences from Sciences Po Paris. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010. She is based in Paris.
