Vivien joined ICG in 2019, as Head of European LP Secondary Investments. He is responsible for the sourcing, the execution and the monitoring of LP secondary deals in Europe and globally. Prior to ICG, Vivien spent several years at Unigestion and at Pomona Capital working on secondary deals. Vivien also worked for Emerging Capital Partners, a US Private Equity Firm dedicated to the African continent and for Merrill Lynch, in Investment Banking.

Vivien holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the ESSEC Business School, Paris, France. He is fluent in French and English.
