Dean co-founded the BMS PEMAT practice in 2020 and has 12 years’ experience as an M&A broker and tax lawyer. In his time at PwC and Eversheds Sutherland tax teams, Dean advised private equity, sovereign funds and ultra-high net worth individuals on complex international tax matters, before joining the insurance market in 2017. Dean was one of the first tax insurance brokers in market and now leads BMS’ international tax and restructuring liability insurance practice, as well as advising on a variety of complex W&I and contingent litigation policies.
