Valérie Legat is Head of Digital at Astorg and joined the firm in 2024. She is a member of the Portfolio Performance Team. Prior to this, Valérie was Chief Digital Factory officer at Carrefour France and Global CX and Analytics director for the group. Before that, she was an Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey&Company, and co-leader of McKinsey Digital Labs. Valérie started her career by founding Business Lab, a digital agency that became McKinsey & Company's exclusive partner in France. Valérie holds a Master’s in Management from Skema.
