Freddy heads up the Portfolio Talent function at Inflexion, a leading mid-market European fund with £11bn AUM. In that role, she supports portfolio companies with appointments, assessments, performance management, organisational design and incentives. Freddy joined Inflexion from CDC, an Emerging Markets PE fund with $10bn AUM, where she set up and ran their Portfolio Talent Function. Prior to that, Freddy founded and scaled a talent and staffing business, having started her career at WPP. Over the past 20 years, Freddy has lived and worked in the US, Europe, Asia and Africa and currently lives in the UK.

Freddy has a BA from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
