Melissa is the Head of Talent at Hg, a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses.  She oversees Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent Development, Engagement and Culture.  She focuses on creating the conditions that unlock potential and drive individual, team and organisational performance. 

A Financial Services native, Melissa has over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership development, learning, and talent roles at Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital and HSBC in London and New York. 

Melissa holds a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and a BA in the History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art. She is also an ICF-accredited Executive Coach. Melissa lives in London with her young family and can often be found swimming in the Hampstead Heath ponds.
