Sarah, Managing Director at Bain Capital Private Equity, continues to lead the work to improve female leadership in both their Portfolio Companies and the firm itself.  Along with other women leaders at Bain Capital she leads the women's leadership event and network, championing an environment of learning, support, and empowerment. Sarah's formal and informal mentorship extends across diverse career stages, geographies and roles, supporting women to achieve their fullest potential with many examples both inside and outside Bain Capital. Sarah's commitment extends beyond Bain Capital, as evidenced by her role on the global 30% steering committee and UK steering Committee since 2017. She is a long-standing trustee of The Eve Appeal and a dedicated Women of the Future advisory board member.  As a speaker and mentor, Sarah extends her reach to schools, the industry, and professions, fostering the next generation of diverse talent and ensuring a more inclusive future.
