Fred is a Private Equity Value Creation Partner focusing on operational aspects of M&A transactions, working across the transaction life cycle with pre-deal due diligence (buy and sell side) and post deal value creation projects. He also helps with the set-up and implementation of large and complex transformation programs. Fred has a wealth of experience in hands-on line management, M&A consulting, and has previously worked with the incumbent portfolio team of an investment company.
