Jeremy is a Partner at Livingbridge and the firm's General Counsel. He supports the investment team with new investments and portfolio company matters, provides legal advice to the business generally and manages all legal aspects of the firm’s fund formation and administration activities.  Prior to joining Livingbridge in 2018, Jeremy spent over 10 years as a transactional M&A lawyer at Travers Smith and Goodwin.
