Mathieu Frison is a seasoned private equity professional and Partner at Charterhouse Capital Partners, where he leads strategic initiatives and value creation plans across diverse portfolio companies. With extensive experience in organic and inorganic growth, Mathieu has successfully managed significant investments in healthcare, professional services and education. Before Charterhouse, he held senior leadership roles at Burger King, Securitas Direct-Verisure and Wildlife Studios, where he drove turnarounds and growth. Mathieu began his career at Boston Consulting Group, gaining deep expertise in strategy, program management and business development. He is an Engineer from the Catholic University of Louvain, holds a Master’s in Management from IE Business School and is fluent in five languages.
